James Bond, like his creator, Ian Fleming, appreciated the good things in life; Sea Island cotton was one of them. The first mention of the fabric was in 1955 in Moonraker (Chaper 13), when Bond puts on a dark blue Sea Island cotton shirt with his battered black and white dogtooth suit after rising early to report to make a clandestine call to Scotland Yard.

Sea Island cotton, with its fine, uniform texture and silky lustre, is one of the softest and most comfortable fabrics to wear next to the skin but it is also one of the most robust. It is as strong as silk, as soft as cashmere and as durable as wool.

Those are the ultimate luxury socks for the refined gentlemen.

100% West Indian Sea Island Cotton.
Universally referred to as the Rolls Royce of cottons, the cotton is sourced in the in the Caribbean islands, Antigua, Barbados and Jamaica. The unique climate of this region allows to grow this cotton which represents less than 0.004% of the global production.
This rare and expensive raw material has the longest and finest cotton staple available which gives it its characteristic durability and silky, shiny look.
Furthermore, we are proud of our Oeko Certification - Tex Standart 100. Our yarns are only dyed with coloring substances that meet the ecological and human requirements established by the Oeko-Tex brand. Our socks also undergo and antibacterial treatment

The socks are initially knitted in Italy with traditional machines of more than 50 years, using a relatively high level of needles (240).
They are then hand finished with traditional hand linking of the socks (smooth toe seam), resulting in exceptional comfort and preventing pressure sores and irritation.
